Recruiting Strategy Development


A recruiting strategy does not exist in isolation. It's one part of what is required for a company to achieve their organizational goals and strategies and to fulfill its mission. This strategy provides guidance to managers for how candidates should be identified.  At CWVI, we are skilled at working with our clients in developing staffing strategies that fit any level of the organization (overall corporate strategy, departmental staffing or individual search strategies).  We also bring strong expertise in identifying alternate source pools, workforce planning processes and succession planning.

 

Recruiting is being recognized as a critical tactical tool in effectively implementing complex organizational and business strategies.  However, in order for a company to achieve its vision and strategies, the recruiting strategy the company invokes must be aligned with those business strategies.
