Contained and contingency search

 

Contained Search is a blending of Retained Search and Contract/Contingent Recruiting models.  It can provide clients with more manageable and predictable costs.  Structured similarly to a retained search, there is a nominal non-refundable “container” paid by the client to demonstrate their commitment to the hiring of the appropriate candidate.  It provides a realistic incentive for both the Client and CWVI to work timely and efficiently on the search assignment.
